Website usage terms and acceptable conduct when browsing modex.eu.

Custom orders are confirmed in writing. Production timeline typically 30–60 days. Prices confirmed at order signing.

30% deposit at order, 70% final payment before delivery. Bank transfer and card payments accepted.

Delivery estimates are indicative. Customer is responsible for site access, permits and foundations.

Custom-made modular units cannot be returned once produced. Defects covered under warranty.

Liability is limited to the value of the contract. Force majeure events excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes resolved in Berlin jurisdiction.
